Steve Foran, aka the Gratitude Guy, is an electrical engineer who’s deliberately short-circuited 138,000 volts, and he’s a top-of-the-class MBA who cares about more than the bottom line. With 35 years in the service business, he’s served demanding CEOs and little old ladies.
Using his unique framework known as the Collaboration Quadrant, Steve specializes in the mastery of two key leadership traits – service excellence and happiness. Since 2004, he has spoken throughout North America sharing his simple yet innovative approach.
Steve teaches Business Ethics at Saint Mary’s University and recently published, Myth Number 2 – An Everyday Guide on How to Make a Difference. He lives in Halifax with his wife, Lynda and his children, Nick and Stef… who think this whole gratitude thing is a mid-life crisis.
