Speaker Biography: Tracy is a senior business analyst with IMP Solutions fulfilling senior consulting roles for clients across multiple industries such as Provincial and Municipal governments, Healthcare, Education, Finance, Utilities and Tourism. Tracy has 20 years' experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, stakeholder facilitation, process mapping/modeling, solution implementation, application and change management. Having consulted on large IT business transformation projects, she has become highly accomplished at engaging, collaborating and communicating effectively with complex stakeholders at all levels of an organization. Tracy is a Certified Business Analysis Professional and has been an active member of the IIBA since 2005.
