Keynote - Shawn Kanungo

Strategy in a World of Disruption

Digital disruption’s impact is pushing organizations beyond the traditional IT model.  Speed is now the new currency. In order to stay ahead, the best IT organizations are leveraging automation, ecosystems, and reimagining how work gets done. Similarly, citizen and customer expectations have changed more in the last 10 years than in the last 100 years combined.

Shawn outlines a bold roadmap to achieving success in a world that is constantly changing. His presentation will discuss how we can develop an exponential mindset, and provides specific steps to real innovation and change.

In this awe-inspiring talk, Shawn also explores how IT leaders and organizations can take unexpected approaches to innovation to remain relevant.

Workshop Topic: The 'Disrupt Yourself' Competition

The objective of this workshop to learn how to disrupt yourself through rapid experimentation. This will be a highly immersive group competition - think Hunger Games meets American Idol. You will actively apply exponential technologies into your organization, and build an experimentation roadmap. At the end, you will have gone through a series of exercises to develop a concept and plan on how to disrupt your organization
