Speaker Biography: Natalie Ripp is an experienced IT professional with 10+ years of experience in FINTECH. She holds a degree in Economics from the University of Ottawa and is a certified Project Management Professional PMP® and Agile practitioner (CSM & CPO). Natalie has a passion for project execution and has led many complex, cross-functional digital transformation initiatives. She is currently the Sr. Director, Digital Payments at RBC where she leads Digital Cheque Processing and transformational programs for Merchant Payments.
Throughout her career, Natalie has gained extensive expertise in FinTech and in-depth knowledge of various project management methodologies which enables her to design and implement innovative solutions that streamline financial operations and drive business growth. She has a keen understanding of the latest trends and emerging technologies in the industry, and uses this knowledge to create tailored strategies that help her teams achieve their goals. Throughout her career Natalie has experienced first-hand the critical role people play in the success of any organization’s digital transformation and is passionate to share her knowledge and expertise to support organizational change and foster environments where innovation can thrive. |
