He will go into detail on Citco’s use of Machine Learning, the software used to manage projects, the hybrid methodology his team is using, the success his team has adapting to change, as well as the communication tactics which work best for his team. Additionally, Chris will discuss some lessons learned throughout the last 18 months getting Machine Learning to production enhancing business processes and systems.
Speaker Biography: Chris Mitchell is a Vice President at Citco and the VP of Programs at PMI - Nova Scotia Chapter with five years of experience managing projects. At Citco, Chris manages software vendor relationships and development on proprietary enterprise accounting software and machine learning initiatives. At PMINS, Chris is the VP of Programs, managing Events, Professional Development, Innovation and Partnership. Chris graduated from Saint Mary's University on the Dean's List with a Finance major. After working at Citco Fund Services for just over four years, obtained his PMP and one year later, his PMI-ACP.
