Pallavi Sen
Pallavi is a Senior Consultant with Barrington Consulting. She has worked on large transformation projects in Senior Project Manager, Delivery Lead, and Scrum Master roles. She believes that Agile is a people-first approach, putting people above things. Her mission is to serve the team and provide them with the right set of tools and opportunities so that they can discover their ‘own superpowers’ that can help them to build products that deliver value to customers. She has often found that when the language of technology is complex, morphing it into comprehensible consumable content fosters greater team and stakeholder engagement. She believes that successful innovation requires a willingness to embrace change and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
