BPM’S Paradox – Practical Process Prowess is … Exciting!
This presentation will target professionals who are largely unfamiliar with Business Process Management in general and the IBM BPM tool in particular.
It will begin with posing the non-technical question “What is BPM?” and will eventually introduce the IBM BPM tool and conclude with descriptions of more specific and technical features of BPM. We will explore how BPM can be (and has been) applied to real life business processes – those that are documented already and those that are not.
For anyone who has ever looked at a process flow diagram and wished it could “come to life” … this presentation is for you!
