Bruce MacDougall
Bruce MacDougall is the Regional Vice President - Atlantic of Rogers Communications. Rogers is one of Canada’s three major telecommunications companies with over 1,400 employees in Atlantic Canada. Bruce has been associated with the ICT sector for over 25 years, has been a tech entrepreneur, and has held several management positions in the industry, primarily in Atlantic Canada. He is a registered professional engineer in Quebec, New Brunswick, and Nova Scotia. He is the past chair of Digital Nova Scotia, and has held several industry certifications including the Cisco CCIE designation. Bruce has an engineering degree from McGill and an MBA from Queen’s.

Thomas Ley
Thomas is a Senior Director of Cloud Services Delivery with NTT DATA Services in Halifax. He has 15 years of experience in multiple areas of IT, with the bulk of his time being spent leading teams providing managed services and delivery of infrastructure monitoring and management solutions for Clouds and in datacenters both near and far. He has delivered these services to some of the world’s largest companies, as well as small and medium sized clients in multiple industries.
Thomas is a Senior Director of Cloud Services Delivery with NTT DATA Services in Halifax. He has 15 years of experience in multiple areas of IT, with the bulk of his time being spent leading teams providing managed services and delivery of infrastructure monitoring and management solutions for Clouds and in datacenters both near and far. James Slupsky
James is Director of Consulting with CGI and a Systems Engineer with over 35 years in the industry. James has experience in areas of project management, systems engineering, enterprise architecture, software engineering, DevOps, and telecommunications engineering. He has worked in the Banking, Gaming, Telecom, Government, and Aeronautics fields.
James is a professional engineer, with a Masters Degree in Engineering, and is a member of the IEEE and the ACM..
