Addressing ICT Skills-Gaps: Developing the IIBA Business Analysis Certification in Cyber Security
Presentation Synopsis: Professional associations identify market demands, and address professional skill gaps by providing members opportunities to learn and hone competencies, and bring critical value to their organization. As cyber threats continue to pose significant risks to organizations, they are forced to keep pace with advances in technology to protect their critical and sensitive business assets and information. This requires skilled practitioners across IT disciplines. As the interface between business and technology, the BA is a key contributor to fortifying an organization's security posture. The BA Certification in Cyber Security formally qualifies BA's to fulfill this role, and prepares our BA community to meet this ever-growing professional demand.
