Dawn Henwood
"Only Connect!": Simple secrets to producing writing that makes things happen
Presentation Synopsis: Technical writing must be clear, concise, and accurate, or it puts projects and organizations at risk. But if all you're doing is using writing to convey information, you're missing out on its real value--the ability to nurture meaningful working relationships.
In this interactive session, you'll learn how to:
- Gain your audience's attention through an "ethic of care"
- Design documents to promote collaborative decision-making
- Develop a writing style that fosters trust
