In October 2013 ISI sought the assistance of a project manager to support a business process operational review. This was a highly successful project.
By October 2014, ISI and its members completed this project, implementing a new project management approach to this key business process.
This presentation will outline the key role that project management played in our business process re-engineering journey -- how did the project management approach to our business process allow ISI to re-engineer a very complex process, maintaining our focus of the key tasks while meeting and hopefully exceed member expectations?
Project management fundamentals allowed ISI to accomplish our operational review collaboratively, on-time and on-budget. More importantly, the project management approach is now the operational backbone of ISI’s new process.
