This is an interactive workshop where participants will be engaged in a series of exercises that will increase the impact of our perspectives and unconscious biases on our work relationships.
In 'innovative' work environments self-awareness and shifting our way of seeing the world and our co-workers has a measurable impact on collaboration and innovation.
This workshop will challenge thinking and participants will leave with an action plan to implement the learning we explore.
Speaker Biography: A seasoned Coach, Brian brings a high level of focus, curiosity and compassion to supporting leaders at all levels to find solutions to management and leadership issues. Brian's approach is person centered, strategic, solution focused and respectful of cultures, diversity and both organization and employee objectives. His extensive experience coaching Executives and other leaders in the private and public sectors has resulted in leadership and career development for emerging leaders and with those who desire to achieve greater career growth.
Along with his ability to support client and teams to understand themselves more deeply through Insights Discovery, Brian is a Mentor Coach and a life-long learner and has completed the Royal Roads University Graduate Certificate in Advanced Coaching Practices and a Certified Cultural Intelligence Facilitator. His first book Coaching From the Inside Out: A personal approach to coaching for change was published in June of 2019. Brian is a member of the International Coach Federation.
