delivering Lean Six Sigma and personal productivity training, facilitating Lean workshops, and coaching Lean Six Sigma practitioners.
Robert has led many full-day personal productivity training workshops with the Province of Nova Scotia (Service Nova Scotia and Internal Services, Labour Services Branch, and the Administrative Professionals Community of Practice), Efficiency One, businesses in Tatamagouche, and an hour-long session to members of the Downtown Halifax Business Commission. In 2019, Robert presented on value stream mapping in transactional environments at the Canadian Lean Summit, Halifax's Professional Development Summit, and at MaineHealth.
